The Government has given consent for the building of a 475 MW gas fired combined heat and power station at South Killingholme, North Lincolnshire. The station, which will be owned by Conoco Global Power Developments UK Ltd, will supply heat and electricity to the Conoco Humber refinery and the Lindsay oil refinery at South Killingholme.
