The 54 MW wind farm had been developed by EAB Technology Group of Freiberg and was acquired by GE Energy Financial Services (EFS) in 2005. Construction was completed by the end of March 2006.
Alsleben wind project begins operation
Thirty-six GE 1.5 MW wind turbines have been commissioned at the Alsleben Wind Project in Germany, some 70km northwest of Leipzig.
