Dresser-Rand is to supply six gas turbine generator packages for use by the Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Co (KUFPEC) for electrical power on the company’s Seram Island Oseil oil production facility in Indonesia. Dresser will supply six KG2-3E gas turbine generator sets to Bokuk Electric Industrial company of Daegu, South Korea. As an OEM for Dresser, Bokuk will manufacture the alternator and enclosure, perform testing and ship the generators to Kuwait on a December 2001 schedule.
