Sargent & Lundy is the engineer of record, TIC is the constructor, and Mitsubishi Power is supplying a hydrogen-capable power train consisting of two M501JAC enhanced air-cooled gas turbines, steam turbine, heat recovery steam generator, and advanced control system.
