NovaLT12 to power paper mill

GE Oil & Gas has signed an agreement for the provision of two of its new NovaLT12 gas turbines for cogeneration units at two paper mills in Tuscany, Italy, owned by Lucart Group. The new machines will replace existing GE turbines.


GE Oil & Gas has signed an agreement for the provision of two of its new NovaLT12 gas turbines for cogeneration units at two paper mills in Tuscany, Italy, owned by Lucart Group. The new machines will replace existing GE turbines.

The NovaLT12 is part of GE Oil & Gas’s family of industrial gas turbines, which build on the Nuovo Pignone legacy. The NovaLT12 turbine can deliver 12.6 MW, and achieve 37% efficiency when working at full load.
