SFC Energy, a prominent supplier of hydrogen and methanol fuel cells for stationary and mobile hybrid power solutions, has received a large order in the ‘clean energy’ business segment. One of Canada’s largest natural gas producers has ordered multiple EFOY Pro Hybrid fuel cell systems, in a contract worth over C$ 600 000.
Focused on long-term growth through aggressive exploration, the (un-named) customer is one of the country’s largest natural gas production companies and is committed to operating sustainably by relying on technologies such as fuel cells to achieve these goals. The fuel cell systems will be installed in the customer’s fully electric, zero-emission well pad set-up in the Alberta Deep Basin.
"We are clearly aligning our activities to the goal of making a tangible contribution to achieving climate protection targets. On our way to this goal, we are delighted to have customers who share our vision out of firm conviction" commented Hans Pol, COO of SFC Energy.
