The plant combusts annually 160,000 tonnes of wood and all the sludge produced in its recovered paper recycling process.
New biomass plant for France
Finish paper firm UPM has inaugurated a new biofuel power plant at its Chapelle Darblay mill in France. The €80 million facility produces 85 MWth and a back pressure turbine producing 20 MWe.
