The Wood Group has restructured, reducing the three divisions that existed during the 1990s into two divisions, Wood Group Oil and Gas and Wood Group Power. The latter will cover the company’s interests in gas turbine after market services for heavy industrial and aero-derivative machinery. Wood Group Oil and Gas division, meanwhile, encompasses well support, engineering and production facilities.
